Cancellation Policy

Please take note of the following information: We understand the importance of your financial well-being and we are committed to providing you with our full attention and the time you have requested. In order to adhere to this commitment, we have implemented a strict policy regarding cancellations or rescheduling. Once you schedule an appointment, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are not permitted. We are confident that you will find value in following through with your appointment. Payment for our services is required at the time of scheduling. To ensure adequate preparation, we recommend scheduling your appointment approximately 10 days in advance. Upon scheduling, my assistant will email you with preparation work. This preparation work must be completed and returned to us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date. My assistant will email you prep work, which is due back to me 48 hours before our scheduled appointment date.
